Shipping policy

Orders for "Ready to Ship" will be mailed the next business day.

For "Made to Order" items, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be created and processed before it ships.

If your order contains both "Ready to Ship" and "Made to Order" items, they will be shipped together according to the "Made to Order" processing time.

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

1. At checkout, your chosen shipping method, either standard or express. USPS will give you an estimated number of days for your order to be delivered.
2. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number.
3. While we will do everything possible to get your package to you in a timely manner, shipping delays caused by USPS are out of our control.
   

 

Please make sure addresses are correct. Apartment number etc. We’re not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Customer will need to pay for return shipping if given insufficient address.
